67 c 10 no front sway bar

I have been working on a 67 , cutting the bed , lowered the rear 2 inches , while I was back there , I decided to put a rear sway bar in . Im running 31 x 10 1/2 x 15 tires so figured it would help with handling . I got the cpp kit , when I was finished there I decided to check the front to see if the bushings were shot ,,, no bar , there never was one . Is this common ? I thought they all had front bars .

You can use the bar and brackets from 73-87 style trucks. 1 tons had the largest. The large brackets are riveted to the frame. I usually pull the bar in the wrecking yard but leave the frame bracket. I bought new lower profile brackets for lowered trucks from cpp. Iirc they were around $25.

Re: 67 c 10 no front sway bar

I got the front cpp kit , surprisingly it came quick and was reasonable , its huge , biggest bar Ive ever seen , and went in easily , hardest part was removing the rivets to the radiator support , they get replaced with bolts and a bracket
