72 c10 hard starting
My truck has been getting harder to start and sometimes stalls when in gear, idling in park or neutral its fine iv recently fitted a new edelbrock rpm proformer intake manifold and new holley 600cfm with vacuum secondries it was fine when I first fitted them now it seems to be getting worse even warm its a ***** to start the plugs look OK I'm running 8 degrees ignition timing new fuel and air filters driving it down the road it goes really well as far as I know its a standard 350 with no internal mods also has a Mallory hei. Any ideas anyone?

make sure the choke is opening , check for vac leaks and I would try to bump up timing a little and see if that helps

Hey all just letting you know I replaced the spark plugs even though they looked OK and its make starting a lot better ,truck still stalling and a bit hesitant traced problem to low compression on number 6 cylinder then gave it a wet test no difference it was down around 60psi compared with others proberly a burnt out valve gonna whip the head off when I'm back home from work in a months time
