First off, make sure the springs are seated properly in the spring pocket. That can make a difference. If that is not a problem, I would pull the springs and cut half of a coil off. Any thing less is hardly worth the hassle. I would not take a full coil of on the first cut....

Did you use shackles with the flip kit? If so, which hole did you use? If you used the upper hole, change it to the lower hole. This will give you around 1" of lift out back.

Does your truck have the HD leafs out back (eight leafs I think)? If it does, that could explain this. Most trucks have the 4 leafers and when you flip yours compared to theirs you will actually get more drop due to the thickness of the leafs. Just a thought and a possible answer to what is happening with your truck.

Yea its does seem to sit higher in the front from the pic.
I would definatly find a way to make it sit even or at the least the front sit lower. How long ago did you do the lowering? The front may have just not settled and that may explain it also.

personally I am surprised that no one else has said this. I seriously doubt the truck is sitting higher in the front...but the front fenders are cut higher up on the body than the rears. So it appears that it is sitting higher in the front. My truck is the same way. its not really higher it just looks that way.
