FS:72 SWB Parts Long Beach, CA.

Hi Guys,

I have a few Items I'd like to sell.

Items still for sell:

Brake booster set up. this includes the master cylinder, booster, mounts to the firewall and the linkages up to the brake pedal. $65.00.

Front fenders. Straight with a little rust in the front bottom. Right Fender is SOLD. Left Fender has rust in the lower front otherwise it's perfectly straight. I'll update the pics tomorrow. $50.00 for the left one.

Automatic column. I have the shift handle, just not in the pic. $80.00

I will also be selling the 72 a/c cab. This cab will come with the doors however they won't come with any handles or the wing windows, or hinges or interior panels as I need them for my truck. The cab will be a bare cab(no glass or interior parts, just the metal cab)

The cab is kinda rusty for a CA truck. rust in the drip rails, in the front area close to where the hood would close..not sure what that area is called, also rust in the floor/inner rockers. the outer rockers look fine though.

While it's not in the greatest condition, the biggest selling point in my opinion is that it comes with a currently registered CA title, both license plates and new tags that are good through june 2015($170 value).

Other neat things, It's a high hump CAB and has the heat shield on the firewall so this cab was most likely from an original big block truck. selling this for $325.00 with the title, plates, and new tags.

Tailgate. $75.00

Lastly, I will also be selling the frame for $200.00 It's a long bed frame that has been cut down to a short bed length.

SOLD ITEMS:

Short bed in fair condition (bed only, no lights or tailgate.) has a hole for a rear gas tank. Prefer local pick up. $600.00 SOLD
Will also be selling a 373 12 bolt rear end. It's a regular rear end and not posi. $125.00 SOLD
Dash cluster 20.00 SOLD
Right side fender 55.00 SOLD
Front crossmember with disc brakes. This includes the cross member, stock spindles and springs, brakes, all the steering parts attached to the spindles. $200.00 SOLD
Core Support (rusted under battery) $20.00. didn't sell it but didn't see much interest in it so I think I'll cut it up and use the metal to practice learning how to weld.. =)

Any questions let me know. Would prefer local pick up for most the large items

Jeff in Long Beach.

Sorry, the black tailgate isn't for sale. just the yellow one.

I took more pic's of it if you are interested. It's pretty straight on the outside and banged up on the inside. it is bowed a little.

more pic's:

Re: FS:72 SWB Parts Long Beach, CA.

regarding the cab. the rust down low is not as bad as I thought. bad cali rust, guys in the midwest would probably think I was a wuss for finding a less rusty cab when they see the rust on this but I'm no welder...yet.

here's the passenger side rust. looks like it would be a pretty easy repair for the metal guys.

I will have the crossmember, column and shift linkage, but the shift linkage goes to a 700r4 tranny and is a little sloppy..I'll get some pic's to you tomorrow.

Larry,

I don't have a factory seat. Here's a crappy pic of the trans mount. it is for an automatic. i'd like 40.00 for it. I pm'd you a video of the sloppy linkage. seems like a bushing might take up some slack. If you end up buying the column and cross member I'd throw in the linkage for no additional cost.

tbone. 35 bucks shipped to junction city, OR. If I had it two months ago it would have free shipping cause my mom came down from salem for my daughters b'day...but that happens from time to time. last time my dad drove down from sweet home he hauled a dewalt radial arm saw for me that I found in eugene...

Larry, 20 bucks plus shipping or 30 shipped if that works for you.

also, if you want to save the shipping....I have an employee going up to sacramento on tuesday if you aren't too far from there or know someone that that he can leave it with until you get up that way again.

might sound cheap but a bunch of the guys over on owwm(it's an old woodworking machine forum) are always trying to save on shipping and have move a bunch of stuff by catching rides with people...lol I once sold a router to a guy in western NY and it cost him no shipping. one guy took if from here to MO, then another from MO to OH, then a lady from OH to NY...of course it took a couple weeks....

Hi Jeff,

I will take it for $35.00. Do you take paypal? How often do you get through the JC area or to Salem? I am moving to JC in September and may be able to meet you sometime on your way through if you get up that way.

You can send me a PM with your payment information and I will get you my JC address.

Thank you,
Tom
