1960 Stamped Steel Structo

I found a 1960 stamped steel Structo Dumper at a resale shop the other day for $6. It's too bad that it's a Ford C600 and not a Chevy or GMC. I remember seeing a thread with a bunch of stamped steel trucks. Does anybody know which thread that was?

I thought about throwing it on ebay but I'm not sure yet. I'll let you know if I decide to sell it.

Re: 1960 Stamped Steel Structo

The reason I originally bought it was to double or triple my money but I have started to like it. I've been on a kick lately of selling collectible stuff on ebay. This truck is missing the horn on the roof, mirrors, and windshield wipers. There are rocks in the tires and it is dirty and needs cleaned up so it has been played with. The resale shop had a few old stamped steel toys and I would have bought all of them but I'm kind of broke so I bought the oldest looking one. I'll check again on Friday when I get paid but they will most likely be gone.

I wish I had the cargo truck pulling the boat from the ad.

That cargo truck is the old cab. Those were cast,I guess, white metal(?). Maybe aluminum. I have a few of those. I guess you could call those Chevys or GMCs. They resemble the Smith-Miller and Tonka cabovers which everyone considers GMCs
