pic request of '54 frame...

I, for some reason, do not have any holes in my frame to accomodate the front bed crossmember. I have been searching the net for hours now and cant find crap for info or pics of the 54 specifically. I did find on mar-k that the front frame bolts are only 6" for the '54 compared to 12" for earlier years.

Anyways, I would appreciate any help you all can lend.

it will be a a few more days maybe longer before I get my bed off my 54 gmc , if you havent found an answer by then I will see what mine looks like

These are all the frame pics I took that might show what your looking for.

My 55 1st series (same as 54) the front bed holes are about an inch behind the E-brake pipe that crosses the frame. I have a short bed if it matters (3100)
