Front Blazer seats

What are you guys using for front seats in your blazers. I have looked at a lot of aftermarket stuff and always run into rear seat access issues. Is anyone using seats out of a newer blazer. If so can you use that mounting bracket. I know I can use the original brackets because I have high back Jeep buckets mounted to them. Just wondering what everyone else has done.

I have gotten seats out of a new 2002 Silverado and currently looking for a third seat out of a Suburban or Tahoe. I like the new seats because they have the integrated three point seat belts. As far as rear seat access, currently I have 1999 Jeep Grand Cherokee seats in my truck. On the drivers side I just used the original jeep seat bracket and modified them to fit. On the passenger side I made an adapter to mount to the existing blazer seat hinge. It worked all right a little crude though. One thing I am going to look at when I install these new seats is the sliding mechanism off the late model f*rds. Yeah I know it’s the enemy but the extended cab f-150s have a flat floor with a slide on there seats that will move the seat all the way up to the front so you can easily access the back. Well enough of my run-on sentences.

i`m using a set of s-10 blazer seats on factory brackets,a couple of the holes lined up and i just drilled a couple in the seat frame,that was it.
and i can always go back to stock frames cause i didn`t modify them.
and they are cheap!!!!

i am using fiberglass buckets its tight but a little work and they will fit great i love them i take the covers off if it rains then wipe the seat off and put them back on
