in dash mouting of lmc speaker

Trying to install the front dash speaker that LCM sells as a replacement to the stock speaker. We can get the speaker in the area but no way to mount it with the brackets that were on the speaker. Wondering if anyone has pictures or suggestions on how they installed.

This is for a 1966 GMC. The brackets appear to be something that you would use to wedge or clamp over something to try and secure it.
