Text between thread pics

I know how to post pics ,what I don't know is how to put comments between the pictures like I see on here sometime. I see a box that says TAGS just below where I am writing this message and it says you can put up to 5 tags using a comma. Is this where you put the comments between pictures and it automatically puts the comments between the pictures.

Tags are just that, they are to add tags such as keywords. Used for search engines mostly.
Below works if you are using a hosting site such as photobucket

Just put a space after the closed bracket [] <- by hitting enter then type your text. example:

hit enter on your keyboard here
TYPE TEXT
repeat
hope that makes sense.
If you are loading pics as attachments. I'm not sure how you can do that?

Thanks for the help. I don't use Photobucket, just load my pics as an attachment

You got me there? I'm not sure how to get text between those attachments? I'd like to see if that's possible, and how it's done myself.
good luck.

Re: Text between thread pics

you have to go advanced and then upload your pic's and then the click on that arrow next to the paperclip up above and it will show you list of attachments click the one you want then type what you want on the next sentence, repeat for each photo. I typed this all up with photo's before showing how to do it I'm trying to find that thread.

Re: Text between thread pics

Lets see if this works.

I'll type some text
Name: Hockey Puck 7.jpg
Views: 340
Size: 44.4 KB
then post a couple of pictures between it.
Name: 67 CST_31.jpg
Views: 324
Size: 45.8 KB

OK this is how I did it. Type your text and upload your pictures, then put your cursor in the text where you want one of the pictures and click, then hit enter so your cursor is in a new line. Then click on the paper clip icon above the text window (it's by the smiley face) click on the picture you want to insert and it will insert the attachment tag for that image. When you are done inserting all of the attachment tags where you want them click on submit and it will insert the pictures where the attachment tags are... It sounds complicated but it is really simple once you have done a couple of them.

Thanks for the help LocDoc and everyone else that chimed in. I just posted the thread with the pics and captions of my install of one of Mahanians' Polished Billet Aluminum Radio Plates.

I think there are a lot of little tricks you can do on the board if you can figure them out.... Who says you can't teach an old dog new tricks...
