1967 C10 Stepper Wheel Stud Question

Hey guys, I'm new to posting but I've lurked build threads on here for as long as I can remember. I just recently pulled my great grandpa's C10 out from under a tree where it's been parked since 1980.

I've got it down to the cab and frame and since two of my wheels were rusted in half, I hit up Craigslist and sniped a set of 2003 Escalade wheels. Before I even put them on, I realized I had run into a problem, first off, I know I'm going to need an adaptor for the wheels or else they will run the wheel well, secondly, the wheel studs are only about an inch long, and there's no way I'm putting the OEM wheels on it.

So my question is: What size studs do I need to get in order to put the Caddy wheels on it, and can you guys point me to a cheap retailer?

Thanks in advance.
