Hasta la vista, Gray!

Says it all. My son is in California. Generally, it seems that most folks are ready for him to go.

The only reservation I have about Arnold is he is related to the Kennedy"s by marrage.
I also am waiting to hear what he has to say.

I know that a lot of people from California do not like Gray Davis. What is the real reason for him being recalled? I have never heard of this before. Is it like being impeached?

I think i read on MSN or Yahoo, business or money that for every $1.00 Calif brought in to the budget, He spent like $1.80 to $2.50. so he could not reduce the hole he got him self in to

California "supposedly" had an energy crisis. Electricity bills were through the roof and there was a threat of brownouts. One company said they were going to have to file bankruptcy. Davis used bond money to help save the company, "helping avoid a catastrophe". The company took the money, gave it out to senior execs as bonuses and filed bankruptcy within a week. We went from a surplus to be being in debt. Then he decides that the best way to recover is to triple car registration fees.

Yep thats his solution

to break it down Its

what you pay now for your registration - 10% X 3 = what you will be paying

Its Nuts!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Larry Flynt is supposed to be running for governor too!

Regardless if you agree with the recall or not, the election is already out of hand. Anyone with 65 signatures and $3500 bucks can get their name on the ballot! I heard there might be like 250 names on the ballot of governor...

Mr Davis ; Don't forget he just said he will reverse his decision on not to give Illegal immigrants drivers license's .
Just to get vote's from the Hispanic communite ,but will also make it easier for terrorist to obtain a valid license .

And the fact that he knew the State would be in a financial bind B4 the election and said nothing about it.

the weird thing was last night/ this morning, i was watch the encore movie channels on cable, and the movie demolition man with dennis rodman and sylvester stallone , and in one of the scenes they mentioned something about president schwartzeneger , it was kinda funny and ironic about the current situation, and as for the reason for watching the B-rated movie (B rated cause it had sandra bullock) was there was nothing better on

Oh boy. You guys are really trying my fortitude with this stuff that belongs in "Political BS".

{Sorry, but I do believe that's where this thread might very well be headed (and "belongs").}

Arnold, to those that care to go to the voting booth for "more than one reason", is NOT the stereotypical Republican.

And he's definitely not on the NRA's "must win" list.

But he's definitely a "fly" in Gray Davis' "ointment".

Now... whether I think that's a "good" thing for California (much less the entire U.S. of A.), well, then, that's 'nuther story.
