AC Question

Hello,

I bought a '72 Chevy burb with the rear AC. It has been converted to a r134a
system. Does anyone know how many oz's of refrigerant it should take to fill this system ?
Thanks guys

Re: AC Question

It is around 4lb (its a big system because of all the A/C lines that the big Burbs have). I just got mine working last month in my 72. Make sure to pull a vacuum to check for leaks and charge it by pressure and you will be good. Good luck!
