Noob with a 69

Bought a 69 SWB a couple of weeks ago and just joined here. Seems to be a great resource.

Nice truck.

Welcome to the forum from Australia!

2 things you need to know.
She (your truck) is probably a gasaholic, and
there is probably nothing that this forum can't help you with.

Re: Noob with a 69

It was born in St. Louis according to the VIN.... mild 350 /TH350, P/S and A/C. In the works... relocating the tank, replacing the bed wood, rocker rot repair, door seals and window channel work and a friend's 24 yr/old daughter is gonna shoot some paint.... Oh yeah....

Re: Noob with a 69

According to the build sheet and what I've seen... Olive green was the original color. Gonna do the top and hood in a light cream color. I may powdercoat the wheels the same color or go to 16 inch black steel wheels.
