Side hood hinges
I saw a picture on the c10 FB page of a 65 with the hood opening sideways. Has anyone seen or done one like this?
I googled side hood hinges and none of them looked like they would work. Any input is appreciated. Steven

Re: Side hood hinges
I've never seen it done on a C10, but Buicks from the late 40's to the early 50's had side opening hoods. They could be opened from either side. If both sides were unlatched, the hood could be lifted off and removed by two people. That might be a place to study how this was achieved.
