Vintage Air ComPac Gen II

Vintage Air ComPac Gen II part # 68000-VUZ-A with Defrost 299734
I purchased in January of 2010 for a build that never happened. It is new in the box. The web site will give more information. I had planed on using it on a 68 C-10 I paid $ 462.00 with tax and freight. I will open and inspect it for a buyer and I will pay shipping cost. Will sell for $ 300.00

It would work for me and my truck but I have to pass. I have too much stuff for the system I was going to install to turn back now sadly.

Re: Vintage Air ComPac Gen II

What else would be needed for the installation? Does this use the factory levers? I am interested. I just need to know what else would be required to hook this up. Then I would get in line.
Thanks,
Kerry

I would like to get in line as well. Just wondering what other parts are needed to complete the system? If any.

Re: Vintage Air ComPac Gen II

Just for the guys that keep asking what else is required all this is is the evaporator/blower unit. You will still need the controls and everything that goes in the engine compartment including the condensor. If you have a truck with a dropmember or Z'd frame that required you to remove the old blower box this thing is the ticket for sure. The only reason I passed is that I already did a bunch of fabrication on my firewall and to my stock controls to fit what parts I have so far so it was too late for me to turn back. This setup is much cleaner and more compact than what Im using.
