Newbie question

Can someone explain the term "static drop"?
Is that a drop using springs, spindles ect?
Also the term "PO"

Static drop refers to lowering a vehicle without the use of airbags or hydraulics. Therefore it is always low (due to shorter springs, drop spindles etc). Some of us old school guys only ever would consider a static drop. "PO" refers to previous or prior owner usually.
