71 C30 Ramp Truck
I went and looked at a 71 c30 ramp truck. Factory AC(Compressor gone) great running small block 350, Cab corners have rust, floorboards have rust, and above the windshield there is rust on the inside from the cab lights leaking (i assume). Grille is in good shape, not broken, has a factory bucket seat console but the buckets look to be from a 60-70s car. Tires all at least 75%, front disk brakes just gone through. Looks like new battery/alternator recently. The ramp body is in great shape, Usual dings and scratches with a spot of rust on the front left corner. Has working electric winch and an airbag/pump setup for the rear.
What would you guys think this would be worth? Was going to try and pick it up. Does $3000 sound fair?

Re: 71 C30 Ramp Truck
Well i bought the truck. Going to grab her on friday. Will make a new thread when she gets here. Already plan to add a chrome bumper, probably change out those ugly mirrors to a set similiar to what is on my k20, and add the factory body moldings. also plan on removing the running boards. Will take the buckets out for a bench and install a spare tach dash i have here to get rid of that big ugly tach

That truck would be really cool, if you could make those ramps go down flat.

First thing I'm doing. They have a storage spot in bed. For some reason the guy had then mounted there. Were on the way home with her now

Cool truck. I think the only reason more of us don't seek them out is the room needed to park one! I think you did good at $3k.
