I Want Fatty Wheels
Helloo,
was checking out fatty wheels and i wonder how fat can i fit in my 1980 stepside without cutting out my body parts ? Thank you in advanced |

The best way to find out is to hang plum lines from the fender lip, wheel mount surface, inner fender, and leaf spring. Take down all those measurements, then shop for tires that have a section width that will fit within those measurements, then shop for a wheel that will fit the tire that has the correct back space.
In my case, I bought the wheel and tire I wanted then built the truck to fit the tire.

Where are you finding fatty tires?
I'm lifted, so I don't have the clearance issues that you do, and we're obviously not looking for the same size tires, but I have been looking for years for some good, fat tires.

I do not know if your into 20 inch wheels but they have wider like 325's
