need some advice 0n frt. brakes
I want to change my 67 from front 6 lug/drum to 5 lug disc. I also would like to use dropped spindles, so what do you guys suggest, also I am on a somewhat limited budget.

Ecklers was the cheapest I have seen. 700 with drop spindles brakes. They are slow at shipping though. Depending on were you live

Your local pick-n-pay is where I'd look first. I would look for a 73-80 model to get the front end 5 lug disc set up. Then look at our vendors for spindles,

Re: need some advice 0n frt. brakes
I am removing my stock 5 lug disc front calipers, spindles (stock height) rotors and coils (cut 1.5 coils off to make 3 inch drop). I will also have the stock master cylindar to go if needed. I have not removed it yet.
I bought the big brake kit from CPP, but all works fine. I am willing to sell them cheap if interested. I'll take $150.00 for everything you pay shipping. |
