What in Sam Hill's name do they call this thing ?

I have a 69 C10 2WD and the bar from the frame to the diff I always called a "Trac Bar". I need to replace the bushings but I can't find it thru LMC calling it a Trac Bar, Track Bar, Torsion Bar, Stabilizer Bar...... almost tried "Gay Bar" I was so frustrated.... Experts please chime in.

They are called different thing and spelled different ways depending on what part of the world your in.
Either way I recommend the polyurethane ones.

Re: What in Sam Hill's name do they call this thing ?

I bought an adjustable one from gmc pauls for like $60-70... but after looking through jegs one day, 2 hiem joints are $34, you can get a length of scrap tubing for pennies, and the machine shop will put LH & RH threads in it for $10 in an less than an hour typically, so for $44.05 you got a custom adjustable "trac bar" (thats what I've always called it too!)
