Vent window rivet size

I read where the vent rivets are 9/64 size...I would like to use pop rivets on my rebuild..can't locate that size rivet..does everyone just use 1/8 ss rivets..thanks for any help

I don't recall the size, but I use pop rivets when rebuilding vent windows.

I used 1/8 inch on mine. No problem.

I also used the 1/8 pop rivets. I once tried the other type where you had to hit the rivet with a metal rod tool...that was a big pain by myself and proved unsuccessful for me. The pop rivets are great for doing the job by yourself with great results.
