Factory two-tone
If a 72 with two-tone paint has white over-spray on the area that is the front inside of the door between the upper and lower hinge mounts,is it original paint or has it most likely been repainted at some time

Welcome to the site.
The two tone paint should only wrap around up to the seam on the backside. Got any pics?   More pics around here: my build
