holes

I have [4] holes above the windshield on the inside, about the same level as the visor holes. They are spaced about 19 inches apart [2] on each side, 1/2 inch in diameter. They are shown in the FAM but don't know what their for. Don't remember removing anything from them. Putting things back together so need help. 53 3100

Mine is a '47 and only has 2 holes. I think they where used for some kind of an alignment fixture during the factory assembly. I have never seen anything mounted in that location. When the headliner is in place their are covered.
