Another parts score.

Some of you may remember the NOS parts i got awhile back, well the same guy ran across some other items he thought i would like. He was right!!! He knows values very well, so i am not "stealing" these parts, but getting fair deals. Just like christmas in august. I put some pics on the WIW section if anyone has opinions on some of the items.
Enjoy.

Re: Another parts score.

Did that guy work at a dealership or something? The amount of parts he hard between those two trips is really impressive.

He had a junkyard in the 70s, and in the 80s and 90s he traveled the upper midwest buying out dealerships. His storage is about 60' x 100' and when i was in it a few years ago there was only 2 or 3 paths to walk through and it was packed to the roof! And then there were a couple other smaller buildings... Not much left anymore. health and age are making him sell out.

Yes they are. Too bad they all have the plastic letters and not metal. The other 2 packages next to them are 67-68 chev grill moldings.

Re: Another parts score.

That is excellent Eric. Glad you were able to save these parts and make sure they get to the people that need them instead of some pawn shop somewhere.

Take care,
Tom
