Rochester 2GV Main Jet Size

I have a 1970 C10 with 307 and 2bbl Rochester carb. I am in the process of rebuilding the carb and found that someone over the last 40 years has goobered up the power valve, power piston, and main jets. I have found all the parts I need, but I don't know the main jet size. Does anyone know what the main jet size would be? Am I wasting my time rebuilding this carb?

Thanks. I found a little bit of info online. It seemed to range between .053 to .056.
