Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

I am working on repairing a cab I bought from another board member that needs less work than my original cab. I will need to get rid of my first cab soon, so if anyone needs any pieces, let me know. I will post pics as soon as I get to my PC (working on an Ipad). I have to make space in my garage and help pay for some of the complete floor pan I just ordered.

I will list parts in this post, and add photos of the cab and other leftover parts below. All parts are plus shipping.

1. Dashboard - REDUCED TO $60 - Anybody interested?: This is my first time removing a dashboard, and I think I did an okay job. The radio part was cut out by previous owner. Dash has small hole in lower right corner. Might need a little fixing where the dash meets the cowl. I was not sure what to ask for this, so please let me know if the price is not where it should be.

2. Tabco driver's side rear Cab Support (new) - $10 (Tabco price is $14.50).

3. Triplus LH Floor panel new - $15 (similar panels sell for $26 new). SOLD

4. Inner Rocker Panel patch (I think it's Triplus also) - $5 SOLD

5. Triplus Cab support RH (I believe it's the rear support) - $10.

6. Cab Support - Slip On Covers, Triplus brand, don't know if anyone will actually want these. - $7 each.

7. The back half of the floor pan is pretty solid. I believe the cab supports are shot, but the floor is still pretty nice. If anyone is interested I will figure out a price.

8. Anyone interested in an outer roof?

Check out the pics, make sure you are good with them, and I'll find a box and get a quote tomorrow.

It's a low hump. I think the PO cut a shifter hole in mine also, but I don't think it's that big of a hole. I cut a piece out of the right side floor, but I don't think that will affect the hump.

You are still online as I am typing this (10:44 EST); I'll get a couple of quick pics and edit this post.

Okay, here are the pics. I have not cleaned the cab out so, excuse the mess. The hump looks to me like it's in pretty decent shape. There is a small hole for the transmission. It is dirty, there is rust dust on it from removing the dashboard. I can clean it up tomorrow and send another pic if you want.

If you are interested, we can figure out a price, and I will need to know exactly where to cut, and then I will probably still add a couple inches. Thanks!

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

Other parts of the cab are up for grabs as well, as long as I don't need it on my replacement cab. This cab is a Non-A/C, the new cab is an A/C cab, so I won't be needing some of the heating parts.

Here are some rough pics. I clean the cab and get some better shots tomorrow.

Wow. That is a big hole. Would you please send me a pic of your hump that is a bit further back. I just need to see more of the floor to make sure I cut the right area.

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

How much for the center section of the cab back wall from the bottom rear window molding seam to the floor and about 2 or 2.5" wide?

I need another day for a quote; having a tough time finding a box for the floor piece. Trying not to have to buy one. My wife will check her job tomorrow, otherwise I will check Home Depot for a box.

Somehow I managed to not take any direct pics of the back wall. I'll go out and get some more. The back wall is in pretty good shape, though. Here is a pic that gives you an idea. The pic below showing the outer roof also shows the back wall.

Are you talking about inside the cab or outside? Inside is not that great. Outside is decent.

Re: Cutting up old Cab / Extra parts

Here are pics for:

5. Triplus Cab support RH (I believe it's the rear support) - $10.

6. Cab Support - Slip On Covers, probably for the front, Triplus brand, don't know if anyone will actually want these. - $7 each.

I'll get a picture this afternoon of the patch I need and post it for you. It kind of hard to explain. Thx for looking.

Hey Chubinit,

I am sorry to take so long, but it's been really difficult trying to box this thing up. The floor panel is a rough shape to work with. I am going to try and create a custom box and get a quote.

Let me know if you are still interested.

Thanks!
