Straight out the back under the aftermarket bumper.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
If you use the stock spare tire carrier the out the back under the plate idea may not work too well. It would look good though with a couple angle cut oval megaphone tips and just throw the spare in the bed.....

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Here's pics of mine. They will exit downward at the bed corners but the pipe itself is hidden under the bed.

Mine looks like this on both sides. Hooker headers with flowmasters. Had it done at local shop the day after bought the truck. Sounds good.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
^^^ That's how I wanted to do my exhaust. Can you take a picture of how it snakes through/around the leafs?

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Here in southern Indiana, my install from headers back with Flowmaster 40s and H-pipe was $550. They did a nice job.
From this it's only one more bend to get them out the corners like you want.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Ah, I see. Thanks. I tried to weasel mine between the frame and leaf pack, but was unhappy with the fit, so I ended up doing something more factory looking.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Mine looks like skinny but with 5" wide x 36" long tips. Been trying to find someone to weld the tips on for 2 months... But my 85 deluxe has em out the back bu the hitch. If you want pics i can get you some.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Here is my 86 with side pipes. One on each side. I will get a better picture of it tomorrow when it is light out.

Re: Exhaust exit pics wanted
Just a couple of my trucks, I just added tailpipes to the 72' this weekend, got tired of the noise, turndowns after axle.
