Having some issues

Ok well I'm currently working away and I'm having a few issues..

One is setting up my parking brake cable I had one made up at 116" that being the longest option. I managed to get the two rear hooked up and the front two tensioners and it seems that there's no slack for the adjust or two hook style tensioners. And advice on this? Lwb

Also I have a few mystery parts that I will post pictures about as soon as I can.
I'd like to get my brake system done this weekend.

Also I have a 283 with 305 heads and no one seems to carry a pull for this truck will any sbc pully work?

What kind of faster is used for the voltage regulator are they a screw type to the rad support?
