6.0 vortec/nv4500 swap into 85 k10

Does any one have a parts list with numbers for all the parts I'll need for the swap?? Right now all I've got to work with is a 6.0 engine. Also what's the best way to do the wiring for the swap? I've heard of guys making it work with their factory harnesses but I'm not sure how to wire it up. Any help would really be appreciated!

Re: 6.0 vortec/nv4500 swap into 85 k10

You have a bunch of reading ahead of you... there is a hundred ways to do it.

Dirty Dingo ending mounts.

You can use a stock harness from the donor truck just make sure you get the underhood fuse block or go aftermarket.

You can use a throttle cable from a 99 up trk/tahoe/suburban if you are not doing drive by wire.

There are just so many different ways as far as fans, headers, fuel, intake, gauges, etc.

Get on ls1 tech and read thru the swap forum, that will help the most.

I don't have a parts break down but I think my build explains most
