Hydramatic tranny shifter
my dad and I have been restoring an old Chevy truck he got from his dad when he was 16. only problem we have is we have accidently broke the glass/plastic piece in the shifter marked "N 1-4 1-3 1-2 R" and have been unable to find a replacement. are these reproduced by anyone and if so where can I find one

They are not repoped. There was a recent thread where another member was going to make at least one for his use, I do not know if he was going make more to sell. Use the google box above with 67 checked and Hydromatic as the topic and it should show up.

Hit up ebay and some of the various forums (stovebolt, jalopy journal, etc). The one on here was a gmc lens. Chevy's are pretty rare. I seem to remember one on ebay recently for sale but it was the complete shifter assy. from a cameo for $$$.

Find a local plastic shop. Buy some acrylic & cut it to size. Then find a sign shop that does vinyl transfers. Have a transfer of the numbers made. Assemble & install. Problem solved.
