Header info please
I have a 71 Chevy C10 on a GMC frame with a 454. I have long tube headers on it now, but once I drop it, they will only have 1 inch of ground clearance. Does anyone know what shorty headers will work best for my application. I need to get the exhaust in between the frame rails. Thanks in advance

Re: Header info please
I've heard people use Chevelle headers rather than truck headers.
Check this pic out for comparison... http://67-72chevytrucks.com/vboard/s...33&postcount=9 |

Re: Header info please
Hooker BB chevelle headers fit good and do not hang down much below the frame..

Re: Header info please
Thanks for the info guys. I'll look into the sets you spoke of. It seems like I pick an upgrade that I want to make, and it snow balls into 3 other mods that need done at the same time. Better get some OT at work haha
Thanks again |

Re: Header info please
Hedman also makes C10 specific mid length headers as well.
