What should I do with this???
These gauges were in my Jimmy when I traded for it. It's not the gauges I dislike but the horrible panel they are mounted to. I'd swap back to a regular cluster but all the ends have been cut. Any ideas what to use so it's more appealing? Thanks for your advice.

Re: What should I do with this???
Could you fit those gauges into a stock surround, that way you won't have to mess with the wiring? Oops, not sure if you meant wiring ends or mounting ends.

Re: What should I do with this???
I don't know. Will they fit? I meant wiring ends to the cluster.

Re: What should I do with this???
You could dig up a new harness and install it or just solder new ends on.

Re: What should I do with this???
Looks like they may fit with a little modification to the trim piece or the gauges. Here is a link I found that shows one done, just not sure the size of your gauges. http://www.fourwheeler.com/how-to/12...ck-chevy-dash/

Re: What should I do with this???
That may be an option too since I'll probably go to a salvage yard to get the trim bezel.

Re: What should I do with this???
If you want to og back to factory, you'll need a new instrument cluster housing with the gauges you currently have, you may have to order a new printed circuit for the back of the cluster. You'll need a new dash bezel and take the in cab wiring harness from the donor truck you got the instrument cluster from, mainly you'll just need the plug that goes into the back of the cluster. You'll have to trace the gauge pins from the circuit board to the position on the cluster pin and then splice that line from your current setup to the correct pin on the cluster plug.
I think you may be better off trying to make your current gauges fit into the stock bezel slots or do a custom job like Andrew said, it'll probably be easier then resetting it to factory.
