Interesting 4 or 5 days

Ya, so heres how the story got started, bout a month ago my cousin rolled his 70 chevy, he was alright but the truck wasn't so fortunate, so his dad bought a 70 cst from a friend of mine, pink flatbed(interesting) but it looks good, but the truck he rolled has disc brakes and 5 bolt wheels, and a brand new engine, well last tuesday, we went to his house and started workin on it, first was the rearend, we switched out the whole rearend from the front of the trailing arms, the next day we pulled both engines out of the trucks, and pulled both front crossmembers and bolted the old one on the wrecked truck, the next day we kinda slacked a little and only put the front end in, on friday we put the engine in and got it runnin, then we pulled the exhaust off and the wrecked truck has 1 year old exhaust on it, so we cut it off and the carrier bearing(spelling) and bolted it on the good truck, then we went into town w/ his dad(works for the exhaust shop) and bolted 24 inch glasspacks w/ just turndowns on em before the front axle. and then on saturday she was in a parade. i was pretty proud of us for 2 16 year olds doin all the work(except timing nad the exhaust) and we had another one of his friends helpin a bit.

sorry for the long post just thought i would share the past week.

kevin
