We'll, I've been a busy boy working on my Birthday present from my wife and kids. Swapped out the camper mirrors, new chrome bumpers, new wheels and tires, 4/2 lowering springs with shocks relocated, and she had the shop truck paint added. Thanks to this website and all of you for helping me. I spent lots of evenings reading up!!!

Thanks! Sorry about not spinning the interior pic. I put some vintage hot rod magnet stickers on the inside for a different look. My wife is 4 years younger than me so I better start saving up for her 50th. 😄

I love the Gold color of that period. Add to it its a '68 3/4, and that truck is perfect. How about pics of the SPID and engine bay?

Thanks for all the kind words. I'm very happy with it. There's a few things left on the " to do" list but nothing major. There never 100% done!!!

Looks fantastic! This is how I envision my truck looking some day (well cared for, but rustic old work truck). Love those nostalgic stickers in the cab too!

I have the same wheels on my truck! How did you get the center caps to go on? DId you get newer style lug nuts??

1969chev, Thanks and yes, you are correct. I ordered a set of newer style lug nuts off of eBay. They were specifically for our trucks. Also found a set of 4 Dually style center caps on there.
