Unhappy I really don't want to but. . . . 1987 4x4 suburban for sale.

Here it is, my grand pap's old 87 4x4 suburban. I have had it since he passed away in 1999. It is a 1987 K10 suburban, 5.7L FI, with a 700R4 with 180,000 on the clock. This truck had a drivablity problem that I had chaced my tail with for awhile, so I just went and bought a pick-up and parked this for awhile. I finally broke down and PAID someone to fix it for me. It is a Silverado with a/c -needs condincer <sp>, it has tilt, intermint wipers, power windows, power locks, 8 passenger seating, factory tinted windows, & cruse - not working. This is what it needs. . . Tires, they still have a little bit of time yet, a/c condenceor, maybe a heater core and valve seals. Here is the things I have done. . . . .

Ball joints
rebuilt trans
cailpers
hoses
pads
raid. hoses
timing chain
exhaust
throttle body gasket
starter
alt.
o2 sensor
wheel joints
sway bar bushings
drivers side vent window frame
gas tank
fuel pump
And I'm sure there's more I'm forgetting.

The truck has 3.42 gears, and a pozi in the rear. The 4x4 works great. The truck runs good, and has a nice amount of power. I does puff a little bit of smoke on start up, because of valve seals. Typical Chevy. I really like this truck and don't really want to sell it. But at this point in my life I need my pick-up more, and I have no room for this beast. Plus I have some cc deubt I need to take care of. I am asking $2500 OBO for it. I have a alot of $$ into it, and I think she still has some good years on it yet. Thanks. Jason

If only I weren't a broke college student... I would seriously love this truck if I had the money or a place to keep it. It sounds like an excellent deal, I'm surprised noone has jumped at this chance.

If it wasn't the cash I might be willing to trade you my 72 GMC dually! But my wife just spent my truck savings on a new dog!
