I'll take those calipers pending a couple answers.

Is all the brackets stuff still there to attach the parking brake cables?

Do the calipers pistons still move freely, and do the slide pins move freely?

Yes the calipers e brakes are attached. Thats why there is that weird counter weight attached to each one. The calipers are fully functional. My paypal is vannatta20@gmail.com when you are ready. Thanks!
