Borg-warner t-10 speedo questions??????

I just bought a nice t-10 for my 71, got it for $250 but there wasn't a speedo, I have a 3 speed transmission that came out if my truck, does it have the same style of speedo or do I have to get one for a t-10, and does it have to be for my gear ratio also? I'm putting 3:73 gears in it, wasn't sure if they are all the same or not. Thanks guys, also it doesn't have any rings machined on the input shaft, so if anyone knows what kind ratio first gear is please help me out, I also need the plate that the shifter mounts to, if anybody has one of those

I think there the same for a TH350. At least the ST10's are. I got one down in my mom's basement but it;s kind of buried.
