speedway motors WOW

had to share this. ive order stuff from speedway motors many times. I had just ordered some spider rings and one of them didn't fit so well but I thought oh well I'm stuck with it. well they ask that I post a review and I let them know I was happy with them they look super cool gave it 4 out 5 stars just one of them fit a little loose, low and behold I get a email from them with a shipping tag so that I could return the loose one and they would replace it. thought that was so cool. don't think I ever dealt with a company that would look at a customers review and take it to the next level to make it right.

Rare for sure. I sometimes use the email addy supplied by a vendor to ask a question and NEVER do they return that. Why even post an email link for questions if you're not going to respond, dumb.

I know know one shop that is very proactive...he builds, VW, Porsche, and Porsche racing engines. If it breaks, send it back and he will tear it down and rebuild it if its a failure due to his parts, his mechanics, most anything else, except out and out abuse.....Jake Raby...

Re: speedway motors WOW

I have bought a lot of parts for my Street Rod from Speedway and have Never had a problem with them or their Customer Service. If you ever get a chance to go to their Store you won't regret it. I went once and picked up a Entire Bucket T Kit and we was walking around the showroom drooling at all the neat things and bumped into the Owner. Speedy Bill gave us a personal tour of the store and his collection of cars. He passed away recently but was a HelX of a Nice Guy.

Re: speedway motors WOW

We had great service from Speedway on our project last winter and as we go to the next phase, we'll use them some more.

Luckily, outfits like this outnumber those that are just pushing parts out the door & unfortunately, there are a few ( a small minority) out there.
