71 c10 fuse block confusion

Can anyone help me with some wire questions?

-what is this wire and connector for under the block?
-where does the light brown wire from the gas tank plug in to? (fuse block)

I can't help with the Black wires off the top of my head. Here is the fuse block layout.

Here is another fuse block labeled.
The light tan are brown should plug into the fuel gauge.

LWB trucks rule, if you don't think so measure your SWB!
After talking to tech support at Air Lift I have found out that the kit I need is 60811. Per the measurements I gave them. Ride height of truck inside spring and inside diameter of springs.

Does that light brown fuel wire plug into the fuse block? or behind the gauge cluster?

That wire runs straight from the fuel sender to the fuse panel. The spade labeled fuel ga. In the top middle of the panel.
