12" finned dual pass transmission trans cooler ???

Does anyone use these kind of coolers on there show truck or car ???? Are they better than the ones that mount on the radiator??? Any problems with them ??? I'm thinking of getting one if it will cool good....

I just bought a project truck and the previous owner has one installed on the vehicle. Its not running yet so I can't say how the performance is, but the length with elbow fittings looks real cool on the front of the truck.

I have a pair of these. I pulled off a nova track car. They even have either a pressure sensor or temp sensor. I havent played with them yet but they look cool and idnimagine the aluminum fins will disperse heat alot faster. Ill probably run one of them on my truck
