I got lucky there. A good friend of mine works at an upholstery shop and He's doing my door panel inserts, bottom door carpet, headliner, sun visors, and arm rests(door pulls) for free! My seat including the cost of the material and labor cost about $200 Cdn. Plus the guy beefed up the foam in the seat at no charge.

I paid about 150 for a headliner from LMC, I was very pleased with it. It comes on a plastic backer rather than the fiberglass like original. I think the plastic might hold up better.

I have bought carpet several times from ACC, very easy to install, very nice quality, $120 and about $20 more for shipping.

I had a seat recovered last summer for $325. It is also nice. I think this is the only way I would do one of these interiors.
