Both doors upper and lower, taken apart, cleaned plated with new pins and bushings.

These are original GM hinges.

Nice and tight.

Is the way they came from the factory? What are they plated with zinc?

They were probably primed and painted raw steel from the factory. I need to look up the exact plating.
