MY new(to me) 01 8100 2500 Beast!!!

Love this site...Love Gm trucks..Always will have one....First time with a 8100 and allison trans....This is one unreal truck..tows anything but sucks the fuel but oh well...knew that going in....

Need a couple of things...Which is the best upgrades for this thing...is there a chip for this truck??? What is best wheels and tires??? I need some new seats too....Pics make truck look in better shape than it really is but Overall descent

any suggestions is appreciated

Nice truck man! I would put a air intake or a drop in K&N on it. What I have noticed is that an air intake doesn't add much more performance than just a drop in filter for GMs IMO (unless you are goin to do some work to it). Also do an exhaust I have a flowmaster on mine and I like it.
Whatever you do, do not chip it! haha There is something called EFI or HP tuners I would get the truck tuned by a shop that uses one of these, if you can get a dyno tune done that is the best way. A chip will ruin stuff in the long run (can ya tell I hate chips) haha
I run Yokohama Geolanders on my truck and I love the tires wheels just go with what ya like. As for seats I don't know about those sorry.
