cts-v oil pump pickup into '99 ls1 pump

I googled and searched, but I can't seem to find a final word.

I'm putting a CTS-V pan and pickup onto a 5.3 using a pump from a '99 LS1 (part # 12556436)

Which color o-ring should I use? Thanks.

Use the ring that comes with the tube....you should be ok....Longhorn

which is not very useful to me, since the felpro kit comes with red, green and black o-rings…not the blue one indicated above.

I used the blue seal, that came with the "hotrod pan kit"....no issues? mine is running a 2000/5.3. longhorn
