Front Parking light question

I’m been working on getting all the lights to work on a 1966
Got the head lights working and Front park light and front blinkers
My question is on the front parking lights
On the light switch ½ pull they turn on but when I go to full pull (head light turn on) the park lights turn off.
Is this right????
Next comes the tail lights, so get ready for more questions : )

Re: Front Parking light question

Sweet then that takes care of the front.
I hope the tail lights go as easy as the front did.

Re: Front Parking light question

You can make them come on with the headlights, there are other headlight upgrades in the faq
I just left mine alone.

Re: Front Parking light question

You can re-wire the back of the switch simply and the front "parking" lights will remain on with the headlights on... There is a thread in here somewhere on how to do this... It's just a very simple wire re route.....
