Chassis questions K20
These are two pictures of my chassis on the plow truck does this cab mount look like it would be from a 73-80 truck or even more specifically a 1977? also these numbers ( or what's left of them) are on the right chassis side near the back of the cab.. is this supposed to be the VIN or are these to designate something else?

Something else. Typically either the GM part number or supplier info and date codes.
The VIN (or partial VIN) will be up on the top surface of the horizontal flange of the rail, not on the side. K
