A/C Ashtray?
This '66 seems to have been well optioned, including Air Conditioning but has seen better days. It has been abused and left outdoors. The A/C system has been stripped BUT... it appears that the original ashtray was left on top of the dash!!!

Damn, I'd gladly give a couple hundred for the rear bumper and brackets.. someone please buy and part out!!
Ooops, I mean restore and replace that tired old bumper
