66 manual steering box seals

I am needing to put new seals in my manual steering box on my 66 chevy c10. Does anybody know where to get the seals? I have checked my local part store and lmc and classic truck with no luck.

Has no body resealed there manual steering box??

Rockauto has them listed: National #480821 for the worm shaft and National #313842 for the pitman shaft.

Thanks that will help a lot. I noticed you have a 68 impala. I have a 67 impala ss. It runs but needs restored. It was my dads car he bought it in 1970

I bought the worm gear and pitman shaft seals from classicparts. I bought the shims off of ebay. BTW , I used Penrite steering box lube.

If you pick up the frame bracket from captain Fab and get a 2x 71 and up box, lines and adapt a pump to your engine, it takes a Saturday to have pinky finger powersteering. I was a skeptic until I converted mine. Now I am gathering parts for every rig to convert them!

I put that set up on my last truck I built. I used the complete front end from a 83 model. If I installed the power steering box on my 66 which tie rods would I have to change?

If you are keeping drums up front, you don't need to change anything. Just attach the power steering pitman arm to your original draglink. If you are changing to front discs, change the entire steering linkage to the '73-'87 components. You will just have to drill 2 new holes for the later model idler arm.
