What do you guys think about this 1980 C30?
Hi guys,
I could use some of your valuable opinions on this truck. I am considering buying this truck and was wanting opinions on price and condition. To me it looks to be a pretty good buy just not sure if it is priced too high or not. Thanks, Jon http://pittsburgh.craigslist.org/cto/4709755296.html

Wish I wasn't deployed right now, I'd check it out myself. Nice truck, too bad it isn't a 4x4. For everyone who enjoys a 2wd truck, it looks super nice.

Re: What do you guys think about this 1980 C30?
I've been hunting a K30 for a while now that is this nice and low miles. They don't hardly exist. There was that one I looked at, but I just couldn't pull the trigger oh well it went to Texas and is being enjoyed by it's new owner. If I get this one I'm thinking of a 4x4 conversion, but this truck might be too nice to do that to. We will see.
Thanks, Jon

Think of it this way-you can't build that truck that nice for even three times the money he's asking for it! Incredible truck-I'd love to have it just to preserve it! Undervalued IMO.

Re: What do you guys think about this 1980 C30?
Great looking truck.I have a 1980 C30 that's a great work truck and gives you a decent ride that you won't get with a 4x4.The price is a little high though the mileage, condition and options almost offset that.Gas will be heavy with the 454 but I'll tell you I wish I had that 454 in my C30 dump for the power.Prices for these trucks at least around me are not that high.I've seen excellent trucks not sell for $4000.But your truck looks exceptional. Also think about how much a new truck would cost you that looks, performs and can turn heads like that one
Good luck |

If you love the truck and can afford it buy it,Its low miles and looks it from the pictures.Like said you could buy a beater of a truck and spend double that and have one half as nice.
