Re: whos chrome-ing their coil spring suspension?

The springs will not hold chrome due to flexing.

I've chromed coils many times and had no problems.. both stock and aftermarket. I've done many sets for lowrider hoppers where their coils see more compression than any of our stock trucks will ever give them.. chrome holds up on coils if done right.. think about how many guys chrome the springs (a coil) on their hood hinges too.
